Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our mission-driven team in Georgia. You will provide 1-on-1 ABA therapy to help children develop social, communication, and life skills, with strong clinical guidance and opportunities for growth.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, a supportive environment, and a focus on professional success. Eligible candidates must hold an active RBT certification and be committed to delivering high-quality care

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder
• Clear communication in English, both verbal and written
• Ability to interact effectively with colleagues and families
• Valid state ID
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home
• Implement individualized treatment plans as written by the supervising BCBA
• Data collection and session note submission
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license to commute to locations and be punctual
• Other duties as assigned.
