Job summary

Apara Autism Centers in Kingwood, TX, is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism. You will implement treatment plans from a BCBA, track progress, and support families in a collaborative team.

Qualifications include a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), experience with kids, reliable transportation and a current driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; bachelor’s in related field preferred.
• Experience working with kids.
• Reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Must communicate effectively in English to implement treatment plans, complete documentation, and communicate with caregiver and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism.
