Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You will collect data, work with a supervising BCBA, and help families implement strategies to improve communication, social, and independence skills.

Roles offer 1:1 mentorship, ongoing training, and flexible schedules (full-time & part-time) with after-school hours and weekend options. Health benefits may be available for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Active RBT certification required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
