Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician for part-time 1:1 sessions in home, school, or community settings. You’ll implement ABA plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA and families to support progress.

We offer mentorship, growth opportunities toward BCBA, and flexible scheduling with travel to local sessions. High school diploma required; a Bachelor's in psychology/education is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
