Job summary

Behavioral Health Field, Inc. in Peachtree City, GA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-to-one ABA therapy to clients.

Shifts are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 01:00 PM to 05:00 PM with clinic sessions. A valid RBT Certification Number and reliable transportation are required. Candidates should have at least 3 months of RBT experience and be willing to commute to client locations. Catalyst data collection experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3 months or more of experience as an RBT.
• Must have a valid RBT Certification Number.
• Active driver license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to commute to clients' locations.
• Experience with Catalyst or data collection is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one ABA direct services to clients.
• Follow behavior reduction and skill acquisition protocols.
• Collect and record data on client behavior.
• Communicate with clients, families, and supervisor.
• Assist BCBA during assessments and prepare learning materials.
• Seek supervision to ensure effective treatment implementation.
