Job summary

Alight Behavioral in Minnesota is hiring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum. The role involves applying positive reinforcement to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviours in a child-centered setting.

Full-time and part-time positions are available with in-person work. You will receive comprehensive training, growth opportunities, and a pathway to RBT certification, with support for

Qualifications

• Completed 40 hour RBT training course.
• Previous ABA experience preferred.
• Excellent references.
• RBT certification preferred, however we are willing to assist you in attaining RBT status.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 therapy sessions.
• Teach play skills and social skills.
• Teach self-help skills.
• Document session outcomes.
• Provide behavior support within group settings.
