Job summary

Autism & Behavioral Spectrum is seeking a clinical implementer to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 1–6. This role requires adaptability, teamwork, and reliability to maintain consistency across multiple student programs during busy mid-day periods. The position offers a part-time schedule, Monday–Friday, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with starting pay of $18.00/hour, increasing to $20.00/hour upon RBT certification. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 1–6 in a clinic-based setting.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track data on children's progress.
• Support daily care tasks as needed.
