Job summary

STEPS Behavioral Health in Cockeysville, MD is seeking a Behavior Technician to join our team. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic, following treatment plans designed by a BCBA.

You will collect and document data on client progress, collaborate with families and team members, and maintain a safe, positive environment during therapy sessions. Free training to obtain your RBT is offered, with evenings to start and later day shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain your RBT certification.
• Prior experience with children is preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic

Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Collect and document data on client progress

Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success

Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions

Compensation and Schedule:

Pay Range: $20- $24/hour ($25-$28 if certified)

Shifts: Evenings to start, day shifts available as you build your case load

Part-Time with Full Time opportunities available

Requirements:

Must have or be willing to obtain your RBT Certification
