Job summary

Heidelberg Materials in Cloverdale, CA is seeking a loader operator to move aggregates within the quarry, operating front-end loaders to load trucks and stockpiles for efficient material handling.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating heavy equipment, particularly front-end loaders, in a quarry or construction environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to all safety regulations.
• Physical ability to perform strenuous tasks, including climbing, bending, and lifting, in various weather conditions.
• Mechanical aptitude for performing routine equipment checks and minor maintenance.
