Job description

What You'll Be Doing

  • Operate front-end loader to feed ready-mix plant and manage material stockpiles

  • Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation

  • Monitor material inventory and communicate with plant personnel for replenishment

  • Perform routine housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe work area

  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies during daily operations

What Are We Looking For

  • Skilled in operating heavy equipment, particularly front-end loaders

  • Strong awareness of safety practices and hazard recognition

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Capable of performing basic equipment maintenance and inspections

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
