A leading company in building materials is seeking a skilled heavy equipment operator to manage operations effectively at their readiness facility. The role involves operating heavy machinery while ensuring safety standards are met and materials are efficiently handled. What You'll Be Doing
Operate front-end loader to feed ready-mix plant and manage material stockpiles
Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
Monitor material inventory and communicate with plant personnel for replenishment
Perform routine housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow all safety procedures and company policies during daily operations
What Are We Looking For
Skilled in operating heavy equipment, particularly front-end loaders
Strong awareness of safety practices and hazard recognition
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Capable of performing basic equipment maintenance and inspections
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment

$20.80 to $21.84 per hour
