Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a Plant Operator I on the 2nd shift in Winchester, OH to operate and monitor crushing, screening, conveying and material handling equipment, perform routine inspections, and help maintain product quality.

You will follow safety procedures, troubleshoot issues, and work with a team to meet production targets in a dynamic plant environment with exposure to heat, noise, and outdoor conditions.
