Job Overview

The role involves order selecting and merchandising wholesale products daily, ensuring efficient stocking and processing for our wholesale customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate understanding of our Mission Statement and Core Values daily.
  • Identify products accurately by SKU, size, varietal, and location.
  • Note variances, changes, and out-of-stock items on invoices.
  • Maintain control and integrity of the pull cart, ensuring complete order fulfillment.
  • Keep product racks tidy and organized during order selection.
  • Prepare and verify orders in staging areas for quick processing.
  • Pack orders carefully to prevent damage during delivery.
  • Tag orders according to shipment quantities.
  • Use and maintain TABC stamps and equipment securely.
  • Restock supplies and utilize equipment as needed.
  • Report stock issues and inventory variances to management.
  • Assist with inventory preparation and processes.
  • Work collaboratively with coworkers and seek continuous improvement.
  • Lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally, using proper tools.
  • Utilize dollies and pallet jacks effectively.
  • Perform other assigned projects and follow safety regulations.
  • Manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and ensure punctuality.
Physical Demands

Must be able to stand, walk, bend, handle objects, reach, climb, and balance regularly. Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds regularly and 100 pounds occasionally, using appropriate tools. Must have good vision and focus abilities.
