The role involves order selecting and merchandising wholesale products daily, ensuring timely expediting and stocking for our wholesale customers.

Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate our Company Mission Statement and Core Values daily.
  • Identify products accurately by SKU, size, varietal, and rack bin location.
  • Note variances, changes, and out-of-stock products on invoices.
  • Maintain control and integrity of the pull cart, ensuring no product is removed until the order is complete.
  • Keep product rack areas neat and orderly during order selection.
  • Prepare the pull cart staging area for efficient order verification.
  • Pack wholesale orders carefully to prevent damage and ensure delivery integrity.
  • Tag orders according to shipment quantities.
  • Manage TABC stamps and equipment securely and properly.
  • Restock supplies and utilize equipment to replenish racks.
  • Report out-of-stocks or inventory variances to management.
  • Operate and maintain computer equipment.
  • Assist in inventory preparation and processes.
  • Practice teamwork and seek continuous skill improvement.
  • Handle responsibilities with care and attention to detail.
  • Lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally using proper tools.
  • Utilize dollies and pallet jacks effectively.
  • Perform other projects as assigned by management.
  • Follow safety regulations per Specs Family Partners and OSHA standards.
  • Prioritize tasks efficiently, demonstrating good time management.
  • Maintain attendance and punctuality; this position requires on-site presence.
Physical Demands

This role requires standing, walking, bending, handling objects, reaching, climbing, balancing, and communicating effectively. Regularly lift/move up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds with proper tools. Use industrial equipment to move pallets up to 2400 pounds. Vision requirements include close, distance, and depth perception, along with focus adjustment.
