Zohorecruit is seeking compassionate Behavioral Health Clinicians to join a growing team serving diverse communities in the Lehigh Valley, including Allentown.

You’ll provide individual behavioral health counseling, support clients with mental health and substance use challenges, and complete timely clinical documentation.

Approximately 75% in-person and 25% telehealth, daytime hours, flexible caseload growth, and bilingual Spanish proficiency strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Human Services, Counseling, or a related field.
• Experience working in mental health, counseling, behavioral health, or social services.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Bilingual Spanish proficiency highly preferred.

Requirements

What You’ll Do

Provide individual behavioral health and counseling services.

Support clients experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges.

Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.

Collaborate with a supportive clinical and administrative team.

Build and maintain an active client caseload.

What We’re Looking For

Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Human Services, Counseling, or a related field.

Experience working in mental health, counseling, behavioral health, or social services.

Strong communication and documentation skills.

Bilingual Spanish proficiency highly preferred.
