Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC, operating Cosmoprof, seeks a Sales Associate to create a memorable shopping experience, assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skin care and nails, guiding customers on their beauty journey.

You will build relationships, promote promotions, set up displays, enroll customers in the loyalty program and process transactions while maintaining a professional store environment. Training is provided; scheduling varies with business needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management clearly.
• Ability to apply product knowledge training to support customer service.
• Can read and explain product labels.
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

The Sales Associate will focus on one primary objective – creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must 18 years of age or older

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

The position requires some physical exertion such as long periods of standing; walking; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes. The position involves working around moving parts, carts, or machines, and may occasionally include exposure to irritant chemicals.
