Job summary

Cosmoprof Sales Associate at Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC provides customers with expert advice on hair color, cosmetics, skin care and nails, guiding them through their beauty journey.

You will build relationships, suggest complementary products, inform customers about promotions, and set up displays to showcase sales and events while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service.
• Can read and explain product labels.
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

COSMOPROF SALES ASSOCIATE:

The Sales Associate will focus on one primary objective – creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

The position requires some physical exertion such as long periods of standing; walking; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes. The position involves working around moving parts, carts, or machines, and may occasionally include exposure to irritant chemicals.
