Heidelberg Materials Midwest Agg, Inc. is seeking a haul truck operator to transport aggregate materials within our quarry. You will perform pre- and post-shift inspections, follow loading procedures, and maintain clear communication with loaders, supervisors, and fellow operators to support production goals.

What You'll Be Doing

• Safely operate haul trucks to transport aggregate materials throughout the quarry.
• Conduct pre-shift and post-shift inspections and report equipment concerns promptly.
• Follow established traffic patterns, loading procedures, and safety requirements.
• Communicate effectively with loaders, supervisors, and other equipment operators to support production goals.
• Maintain a clean work area and assist with general quarry operations as needed.

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre‑employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
