Job summary

ARGUS Powered by SmartStop | Argus Professional Storage Management (APSM) in Boulder, CO is seeking a Part-Time Store Manager to oversee daily operations of a self-storage facility. You will deliver exceptional customer service to tenants and prospective customers while managing leasing, rentals, and accounts.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to work independently. On-site position with potential for growth within a national platform.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of property management, retail, or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Basic computer skills (email, systems, reporting tools).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a self-storage facility
• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and prospective customers
• Handle leasing, rentals, collections, and account management
• Maintain compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations
• Ensure the property is clean, secure, and well-maintained
• Perform light maintenance and operational tasks as needed
• Support a team-oriented, performance-driven environment

• $20.00 - $21.00 hourly - Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)
