Job Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty among customers.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up displays and merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Enroll customers in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Preferred 1+ years of retail sales/customer service experience.
• Availability to meet scheduling needs.
• Clear communication skills.
• Ability to understand and explain product labels.
• Ability to follow directions and perform duties as assigned.

Physical and Legal Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally using a ladder.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors.
• Physical exertion involved, such as standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
