Your Role as a Store Manager

Your primary responsibility is to manage the customer experience. You will inspire your team and ensure every customer leaves satisfied with a personalized solution for their hair and beauty needs.

You will oversee all store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, manage budgets, control expenses, grow sales, and handle inventory.

You will ensure safety and security for customers, staff, and assets by enforcing company policies and procedures.

You will also be responsible for maintaining the store's appearance.

Requirements

Qualifications for a Store Manager include:

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.

Legal and Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder. May be exposed to fumes and odors. The role involves standing for long periods, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items. Work around moving parts, carts, or chemicals may occur.
