Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. in Moorhead, MN is seeking a part-time Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create a memorable shopping experience. You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, and guide customers on their beauty journey.

Training is provided and you bring passion and personality; we’ll handle the rest. You will recommend products, inform customers of promotions, set up displays, enroll loyalty members, and handle transactions while maintaining a professional store

Qualifications

• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Able to meet scheduling needs.

• Product knowledge training will be provided.

The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor will focus on one primary objective – creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. Your role at Sally Beauty:

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must 18 years of age or older
• 1 + years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer serviceli>
• Can read and explain product labels
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors upon occasion.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

The position requires some physical exertion such as long periods of standing; walking; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes. The position involves working around moving parts, carts, or machines, and may occasionally include exposure to irritant chemicals.
