The Sales Associate / Beauty Advisor focuses on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers. Whether assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, you will guide customers on their beauty journey. Sally Beauty provides training to support your knowledge and skills. Bring your passion and personality—we'll handle the rest!

Your role at Sally Beauty :

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
• Work flexible schedules to meet business needs.

Requirements :

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Preferred: 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience.
• Available to meet scheduling needs.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to apply product knowledge to assist customers.
• Ability to read and explain product labels.
• Follow directions and perform duties as assigned by management.

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements
