Pediatric Associates is seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist in Jacksonville, FL to welcome patients, collect information, and manage check-ins. The role supports physicians and care teams in a fast-paced pediatric office, ensuring accurate demographic and insurance data, and smooth patient flow.
You will handle check-outs, coordinate referrals and follow-ups, verify insurance, process payments, and maintain a clean, organized front desk.

Schedule: Monday- Friday 9:00 am-6:00 pm
Every other Saturday 8:00 am -12:00 pm OR 12:00 pm-6:00 pm
Location: Jacksonville
Serves patients and visitors by greeting them in a friendly and welcoming manner as they arrive at our offices. Completes and updates all required information, collects payments, and provides other information as requested. Discharges patients after their appointment, providing them with any pertinent information as well as follow-up appointments.
