Job Description

Position Purpose: Our Cake Decorator executes daily operations in our Bakery department, providing a memorable experience to customers. The role requires attention to Food Safety and Sanitation, assisting in production and merchandising, while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Icing sheet cakes and decorating with spatulas, icing bags, and tips per customer orders or at the decorator's discretion.
• Providing memorable customer service during daily interactions.
• Preparing food items such as baking bread, decorating cookies, and creating fresh offerings.
• Sharing food knowledge with customers.
• Maintaining cleaning, Food Safety, Safety, and Sanitation standards.
• Handling daily production, merchandising, and quality control of department offerings.
• Stocking, rotating, and merchandising products.
• Performing other related duties as assigned.

Physical Demands: Standing, sitting, lifting (up to 50 lbs.), pushing, keyboarding, telephone use, walking, bending for extended periods.
