This position is part of the innovative Hospital at Home program, providing inpatient-level care at patients' homes through a combination of in-home visits, virtual consultations, and remote monitoring. The role involves delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, managing the full care continuum, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Providing clinical care under physician supervision
  • Managing patient care from enrollment to discharge
  • Making complex clinical decisions and adjusting care plans accordingly
  • Participating in ongoing education and team collaboration

Shift: Remote, 24/7 service with three 12.5-hour night shifts, including weekends and holidays. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance to NYP.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited PA program
  • Current NYS Physician Assistant License
  • NCCPA Certification, DEA Certification, BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications
  • At least one year of relevant clinical experience

Preferred: 8-10 years of inpatient or emergency medicine experience.

Salary Range: $157,000 - $193,000 annually.
