Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America in Moncure, North Carolina is seeking a Loadout Operator to monitor loadout facility systems, coordinate shipment activity, and support daily inspections.

You will collect ash samples, perform testing and reporting, assist STAR Operators and maintenance personnel, and help maintain a safe, compliant on-site environment while ensuring accurate documentation.

• Monitor and maintain loadout facility systems, equipment, scheduled maintenance, and housekeeping tasks.
• Coordinate all shipment activity, including arriving/departing drivers, internal communications, documentation & tickets, and product inventory.
• Collect ash samples; perform appropriate testing and reporting.
• Assist STAR Operators, Loader Operators, and Maintenance personnel in performing daily inspections, preventative & routine maintenance, outage activities, and housekeeping tasks.
• Create and maintain a safe environment for all employees on-site (SEFA host utility, drivers, and customers).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Be Doing

• Monitor and maintain loadout facility systems, equipment, scheduled maintenance, and housekeeping tasks.
• Coordinate all shipment activity, including arriving/departing drivers, internal communications, documentation & tickets, and product inventory.

Conditions of Employment:
