Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a motivated Quarry Equipment Operator in Fort Wayne, Indiana. You will operate and maintain quarry equipment safely and efficiently, perform routine inspections, and support production goals in a physically demanding environment.

You will need to follow safety procedures, communicate effectively with the team, and be willing to work flexible hours. Our union benefits include medical, dental, vision, pension, and paid time off.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist with site housekeeping and safety compliance
• Support team operations to meet production goals

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
