Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking motivated labor candidates for work at our U.S. aggregate production sites. You will safely operate tools and machinery, perform general labor tasks, and assist with routine cleanup and maintenance to support daily plant operations.

The role requires physical capability, adherence to safety guidelines, and a collaborative team mindset to maintain quality and productivity in a challenging outdoor environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Safely operate tools, equipment, and machinery used in aggregate production.

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post‑offer pre‑employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
