Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a plant operator to support safe and efficient production across our facilities in the United States. You will assist with equipment operation, maintenance activities, and housekeeping to uphold high safety and quality standards.

What You\'ll Be Doing

• Perform general plant housekeeping to support safe and efficient operations.
• Assist with equipment operation, maintenance activities, and production support tasks.
• Inspect work areas and report safety, equipment, or operational concerns.
• Support material handling, cleanup, and plant improvement projects as assigned.
• Work collaboratively with operations and maintenance teams to meet production goals.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
