Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Utility Person at our Thornton, IL plant to support safe, efficient operations. You will perform general plant housekeeping, assist with equipment operation, maintenance, and production support tasks.

You will inspect work areas, report safety concerns, support material handling, and collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to meet production goals. This is a full-time role with union benefits and strict safety requirements.
