Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a professional driver to safely operate a ready-mix truck and deliver concrete to customer job sites in a timely manner.

You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, coordinate with dispatch and plant personnel to ensure smooth deliveries, and maintain accurate delivery documentation while upholding safety, quality, and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and customer service excellence.
• Capability to perform vehicle inspections, basic equipment care, and routine documentation.

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) or ability to meet licensing requirements for the position.

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
