What You'll Be Doing
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on plant equipment and machinery
Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency
Weld, fabricate, and assemble components as needed for repairs or upgrades
Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow safety protocols
Collaborate with plant personnel to support continuous improvement initiatives
What Are We Looking For
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
Proficiency in welding, cutting, and fabrication techniques
Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
Flexibility to work varying shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
What We Offer
$21.00 to $30.80 per hour
