The West Chester Area School District has a Spanish teaching position available at the secondary level. Certification requirement: valid PA certification.

To successfully perform this position, the candidate must be able to:

1. Hold a Bachelor’s degree with appropriate valid PA certification.
2. Implement a holistic instruction and assessment system based on state academic standards.
3. Utilize instructional technology to enhance student learning.
4. Design instructional programs aimed at addressing racial achievement gaps.
5. Possess effective interpersonal skills to interact diplomatically with teachers, administrators, parents, students, support staff, and outside contacts.

*Candidates without their PA teaching certificate must have the College Verification of Eligibility Letter confirming successful program completion and eligibility for certification.
