Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing with professional editors such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience with color grading and post-production workflows to ensure consistent, high-quality output.
• Skills in Motion Graphics and creating branding assets, lower thirds, titles, and branding elements.
• Sound editing, YouTube optimization, and familiarity with social media best practices are beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to take and implement feedback from stakeholders.
• Portfolio or showreel demonstrating relevant work is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble video content for YouTube, including cutting footage, adding transitions, audio mixing, and refining pacing to maximize viewer engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to interpret briefs, integrating graphics and motion elements, applying color grading to maintain brand consistency.
• Prepare thumbnails and short-form cutdowns when needed, and organize project files to meet deadlines and upload schedules.
• Optimize videos for YouTube (titles, descriptions, formatting) and suggest creative improvements to enhance performance and audience retention.
• Maintain high production standards across all published content and contribute to the client channels’ visual identity.
