About Our Field of Work

The CDP Turkey program aims to facilitate dialogue among companies on the renewable use of natural capital, climate change, and nature-related risks, support policies to mitigate the impacts of climate change, educate and inform responding companies about potential benefits, and share best practices.

CDP, launched to collect and share information that will enable companies, investors, and governments to take action against the threat of climate change, is being implemented by approximately 25,000 companies from approximately 100 countries worldwide. These companies disclose to the public and investors, based on their sectors and size, on their greenhouse gas emissions, climate change strategies, sustainable water use data, risks associated with products that cause deforestation, biodiversity impacts, and plastic use. Based on the data collected from these companies, a comprehensive country report is prepared annually. All companies are evaluated according to CDP's proprietary rating methodology, and the companies that achieve a leading ranking are recognized at the CDP Turkey Climate and Nature conference.
