We are looking to hire a talented and committed Workforce Staffing Specialist to successfully manage the permanent and temporary labour and to co-ordinate the process of labor management. The Workforce Staffing Specialist will report to the Workforce Staffing Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Project manage labor and vendor management to ensure the Fulfillment Center is consistently staffed with quality labor; coordinate and recruit temporary staff when required; collaborate with Temp Agencies to hit targets and oversee recruitment of quality personnel.
  • Manage Hiring Support teams to ensure hourly recruitment requirements are consistently met, in line with agreed SLAs.
  • Act as a Functional Expert on document checks, ensuring that all PXT team members are up to speed and maintaining data accuracy.
  • Develop and deliver best practice formats for temporary hires and establish business metrics in line with these practices.
  • Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) internally and with external agencies.
  • Establish and maintain healthy working relationships within Amazon Operations, particularly within the Fulfillment Center.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience recruiting in corporate and/or search firm environments, including sourcing and full lifecycle recruiting.
  • Excellent language skills in Turkish and English (written and verbal).
  • Strong client service focus, particularly within a global organization.
  • Excellent communication skills with internal stakeholders and external points of contact.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Solid communication skills, along with organizational maturity and negotiation abilities, with a focus on delivering business results.
  • Ability to execute a recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
  • Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives.
  • Previous experience in indirect management of 3Ps.
  • Sound knowledge of local employment law.
