We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Workforce Management Specialist to join our team in Belgrade. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing scheduling, staffing, and workforce coordination to ensure seamless daily operations.
Organize, coordinate, and supervise work schedules and table rotations to ensure smooth operations.
Collaborate with HR and Team Managers to review and approve time-off requests while maintaining adequate staffing levels.
Prepare daily staffing reports, verify attendance records, and complete administrative tasks as required.
Develop and manage staffing plans to meet business needs across all units.
Monitor attendance, ensuring schedule adherence and compliance with regulations.
Maintain accurate studio rotation files and ensure seamless shift handovers.
Native or fluent in Turkish (C1+ level) and fluent in English (B2+).
Strong skills in workforce scheduling, coordination, and planning.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with workforce management tools is an advantage.
At least 6 months of experience in a similar role.
Ability to work independently, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work within a 24/7 shift rotation.
Knowledge of local labor laws and workforce compliance.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; familiarity with workforce analytics/forecasting tools is a plus.
