Job summary

Titanic Hotels in Antalya is seeking a Wellness Instructor to plan and deliver wellness programs on-site for guests and associates. The role includes fitness classes, relaxation sessions, and health-focused activities tailored to guest needs.

You will provide individual coaching, guide guests on nutrition and lifestyle habits, and collaborate with spa, fitness, and hospitality teams to create integrated wellness experiences. Experience in hospitality and English proficiency are preferred.

• Experience in hospitality, spa, or resort wellness settings; English required; additional languages help.

Role Description The Wellness Instructor is a full-time, on-site role based at Titanic Hotels in Antalya. This role is responsible for planning and delivering wellness programs, including fitness classes, relaxation sessions, and health-focused activities tailored to guest needs. The Wellness Instructor will provide individual and group wellness coaching, guide guests on basic nutrition and lifestyle habits, and collaborate with spa, fitness, and hospitality teams to create integrated wellness experiences. Daily tasks include assessing guest goals, monitoring participation and progress, maintaining safe and clean facilities, and contributing to wellness events and promotional activities. The instructor is expected to uphold high standards of guest service and align all activities with the Titanic Hotels brand and wellness philosophy.

• Experience in Wellness Coaching, supporting guests in setting and achieving realistic wellness and lifestyle goals.
• Proficiency in Fitness Instruction and Training, including leading group classes and one-on-one sessions safely and effectively.
• Understanding of basic Nutrition concepts and the ability to offer general, evidence-based guidance to guests.
• Relevant certifications in fitness, wellness, or coaching (e.g., personal training, group exercise, yoga, or similar disciplines).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a guest-centered approach and the ability to work in a multicultural team.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced resort environment.
• Prior experience in hospitality, spa, or resort wellness settings and proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
