We are looking for a talented “Web Product Manager” to join our energetic and highly motivated team.

Some of Your Responsibilities:

• Prepare and regularly update the web backlog, ensuring tasks are correctly prioritized and aligned with business goals.
• Define and track sprint tasks for web developers to ensure timely progress.
• Collaborate with designers to manage wireframe and mockup processes.
• Conduct funnel analysis and review user behavior reports to propose actionable insights.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate A/B tests to optimize user experience and conversion rates.
• Provide development and design teams with detailed briefs and analyses to guide their work.
• Perform competitor analyses and benchmark features to propose innovative enhancements.
• Make data-driven decisions to improve conversion rates and user acquisition for the web platform.
• Work closely with the Mobile Product Manager to align web and mobile strategies seamlessly.
• Optimize paywall and onboarding processes, analyzing new features for better performance.
• Participate in regular meetings with senior management, mobile product teams, support, and marketing departments.

What We Look For:

• Bachelor's degree in Software/Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Web Product Manager, with a strong background in B2C app development.
• Strong understanding of web development technologies and software development lifecycles.
• Skilled in funnel and user behavior analysis, with the ability to draw actionable conclusions from A/B test results.
• Proficient in managing Scrum processes, from sprint planning to retrospectives.
• Comfortable collaborating with developers on technical aspects and providing relevant support.
• Focused on delivering high-quality user experiences by paying attention to design and development nuances.
• Capable of proposing innovative ideas through competitor analysis and feature benchmarking.
• Excels at working with developers, designers, and product managers to streamline workflows.
• Efficiently manages web projects, reducing complexity and ensuring smooth processes.
• Effectively advocates for web development priorities and fosters collaboration across teams.
