Warranty Specialist

About the team:

We are looking for a Warranty Specialist for our Sultanbeyli location.

What you can look forward to as Warranty Specialist:

1. Review customer applications according to warranty and goodwill model conditions, analyze their compliance.
2. Ensure the technical reviews technical data when necessary to complete the warranty application evaluation.
3. Progress the process based on the outcome of warranty applications.
4. Communicate with ZF Germany to resolve processes, obtaining the required parts and information.
5. Record warranty applications in the navigation system, perform necessary actions, and organize files.
6. Communicate with other services through the ticket program to obtain technical information when necessary.
7. Monitor invoice issuance and warranty payments.
8. Follow service bulletins, translate them, and forward them to relevant parties.

Your Profile as Warranty Specialist:

1. Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in the Automotive sector with Technical/Warranty roles.
3. Problem-solving and solution-oriented skills.
4. Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
5. Proficient in MS Office programs and very good command of English.
