Warranty Specialist at Sultanbeyli location

Responsibilities

• Review customer applications according to warranty and goodwill model conditions, analyze their compliance.
• Ensure the technical reviews technical data when necessary to complete the warranty application evaluation.
• Progress the process based on the outcome of warranty applications.
• Communicate with ZF Germany to resolve processes, obtaining the required parts and information.
• Record warranty applications in the navigation system, perform necessary actions, and organize files.
• Communicate with other services through the ticket program to obtain technical information when necessary.
• Monitor invoice issuance and warranty payments.
• Follow service bulletins, translate them, and forward them to relevant parties.

Your Profile

• Bachelors degree in technical field
• Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in Automotive sector with Technical/Warranty roles
• Problem-solving and solution-oriented skills.
• Strong communication skills with customer oriented mindset
• Proficient in MS Office programs and very good command of English
