We are looking for a 'Warehouse Operations Specialist' to join our team in our Warehouse, Akçaburgaz Esenyurt location.

What do we expect from 'Warehouse Operations Specialist'?

• Responsible for the daily management of warehouse storage, shelving, picking, value-added, delivery, return, inventory management and other operation modules.
• Implement and improve warehouse operation procedures and rules and regulations to ensure the quality and efficiency of warehouse operations.
• Rationally allocate human resources and other resources for various warehouse positions and operation processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce operating costs.
• Monitor all aspects of production operations in real time, report and handle various problems and failures in a timely manner to ensure the smooth progress of production operations.
• Responsible for communication and coordination with other business departments, as well as communication and resolution of problems.
• Responsible for the implementation of 6S activities at the warehouse site and the promotion of lean production concepts.
• Responsible for daily operational business training and guidance of department employees, team building and talent echelon training.

What does a 'Warehouse Operations Specialist' have?

• Possession of a bachelor's degree or higher, and graduating from a well-known university through full-time studies, is considered an additional qualification
• Fluent proficiency in English or Chinese spoken language is mandatory, with additional points awarded for language learning or application experience
• Highly motivated, energetic and capable to addressing issues with a strong sense of urgency.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to report and recommend solutions to challenges.
• More than 2 years of experience in warehouse management;
• Familiar with operating WMS system and Excel and PPT office software, and can use Visio, XMind and other tools;
• Be familiar with the warehousing production model, understand each warehousing operation link, and be able to independently carry out inventory planning and production planning;
• Familiar with Excel functions, strong data analysis ability; clear logical thinking and project management ideas; strong communication and coordination skills, good at expression, and ability to coordinate.
