About Our Client

Job Description

• Ensuring the proper storage of goods and materials in warehouses while maintaining optimal stock levels at each site
• Verifying the accuracy of both physical and system inventories, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions
• Ensuring warehouse conditions adhere to quality standards
• Monitoring internal and external warehouse capacities and planning short- and long-term actions accordingly
• Managing and optimizing processes related to finished goods and material warehousing
• Overseeing the transportation and storage of products and materials across relevant warehouse locations
• Planning resource allocation for inventory in logistics operations, tracking periodic maintenance, and managing associated financial processes
• Monitoring and controlling deposit and pallet inventories
• Conducting month-end stock reconciliation processes
• Planning, coordinating, and leading year-end physical inventory counts
• Preparing and distributing stock reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Participating in logistics process optimization initiatives
• Supporting existing supply chain projects and contributing to new improvement efforts

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Logistics
• 3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse and inventory management (preferably in FMCG)
• Familiarity with SAP (especially MM and WM modules) is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English
• Possesses a valid Category B driving license and actively drives
• Detail-oriented and task-focused
• Adaptable and eager to grow
• Strong teamwork, analytical thinking, leadership, and communication abilities
• Skilled in planning, organization, and problem-solving
