Job summary

Cencora is seeking a warehouse associate to join its operations team. You will handle inbound and outbound processes, verify records, and ensure accurate placement of materials in designated locations, supporting efficient inventory flow.

You will monitor temperature-controlled materials, prepare shipments, and maintain compliance with packaging and shipment documentation. A high school diploma and some warehouse experience are required, with CSCP preferred for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processes inbound products, packaging materials, and return assets by verifying, recording, and placing materials in assigned locations.
• Prepares outbound orders by picking, packing, labeling, and staging materials in accordance with shipment requirements.
• Monitors packaging component, gel pack, and reusable asset levels to maintain replenishment readiness.
• Handles temperature-controlled materials, dry ice, and replenishment activities to preserve required storage and transit conditions.
• Updates warehouse transactions, inventory movements, and shipment documentation in operational systems and logs.
• Escalates on-hold, damaged, non-conforming, or not-ready-to-ship materials through established procedures.
