Description

An enthusiastic and service-oriented Waiter/Waitress

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide courteous, professional, and efficient service to guests at all times, in accordance with brand standards.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of all menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens, and confidently answer guest inquiries.
  • Accurately take and process food and beverage orders using POS systems, and communicate order details clearly to the kitchen and bar teams.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring correct presentation and guest satisfaction.
  • Set up and maintain clean, organized, and welcoming dining areas.
  • Present bills and process payments efficiently and accurately.
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints in a professional manner, escalating to supervisors when necessary and ensuring follow-up.
  • Adhere strictly to all policies, including fire safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP compliance).
  • Support the team in daily opening and closing procedures.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and actively seek opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within a luxury hotel / restaurant environment.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverages
  • Guest-focused, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
  • Team player with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to flexible working hours.
  • Professional appearance and a commitment to high standards of service and ethics.
  • Experience with POS systems and basic computer skills is preferred.
