Job summary

Animation International Turkey is seeking a creative designer with skills in AI tools, video editing, and motion design to craft engaging digital content across social media, websites, and campaigns. You will collaborate with marketing to produce cohesive brand assets and stay ahead of design trends.

The role blends graphic design, storytelling, and emerging AI-powered creativity, with opportunities to work on multiple projects and contribute to dynamic campaigns.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AI tools, preferably Midjourney or Flow.
• Proficiency in video editing and motion design tools such as Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs and digital creatives.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in UI/UX design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop eye-catching visuals for digital media, including social posts, websites, ads, presentations, games, and apps.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create brand and campaign assets.
• Ensure brand consistency across design projects.
• Create or support short-form video creatives, motion graphics, and promo videos.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, AI tools, video formats, and tech.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
