Adenac Shipmanagement Ltd, an Athens-based maritime company, is seeking an experienced Vessel Operator – LPG to join our team in Kozyatağı, Istanbul. This on-site role focuses on day-to-day operational follow-up of LPG vessels from the Owners’ side.

You will work with Masters, Charterers, Agents, Terminals and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance with Charter Party requirements. English proficiency and strong coordination are essential.

Formación

• Experience in LPG/gas carrier operations.
• Experience as Vessel Operator or similar ship-ops role.
• Knowledge of LPG carrier operations & Charter Party requirements.
• Familiar with cargo operations, terminals, port calls & performance monitoring.
• Seagoing LPG/gas carrier experience is a strong advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• MS Office and maritime ops systems familiarity.
• Preferred degree in Maritime-related field.

Responsabilidades

• Working with Technical, Marine and Commercial teams on vessel operations.

Role Description:

We are looking for an experiencedVessel Operator – LPGto join our team inKozyatağı, Istanbul.

This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for the day-to-day operational follow-up of LPG vessels from the Owners’ side.

The Vessel Operator will work closely with Masters, Charterers, Agents, Terminals and internal Technical and Marine teams to ensure smooth vessel operations and effective execution of the vessels’ existing Charter Party requirements.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Day-to-day operational follow-up of assigned LPG vessels;
• Coordination and communication between vessels, Charterers, Agents and Terminals;
• Monitoring vessel schedules, port calls, cargo operations and voyage progress;
• Following Charter Party operational requirements and Owners’ obligations;
• Monitoring vessel performance, delays, off-hire events and other operational matters;
• Reviewing operational correspondence and ensuring timely follow-up of outstanding matters;
• Supporting Masters in resolving operational issues and coordinating with relevant stakeholders;
• Monitoring operational costs and identifying potential delays or inefficiencies;
• Maintaining accurate operational records and reporting to management;
• Working closely with the Technical, Marine and Commercial teams on matters affecting vessel operations.

Qualifications

• Previous shore-based experience inLPG / gas carrier operationsis strongly preferred;
• Previous experience as a Vessel Operator, Marine Operator or in a similar ship operations role;
• Good understanding of LPG carrier operations and Charter Party requirements;
• Familiarity with cargo operations, terminals, port calls and vessel performance monitoring;
• Previous seagoing experience on LPG / gas carriers will be considered a strong advantage;
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to independently manage multiple vessels and operational matters under time pressure;
• Good command of written and spoken English;
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant maritime operational systems;
• Degree in Maritime Studies, Marine Transportation, Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, Logistics or a related field is preferred.
