Job summary

Merck & Co., Inc. seeks a Value Demonstration, Affordability & Strategic Pricing Manager to lead evidence generation and affordability initiatives, shaping pricing strategies for Türkiye.

You will coordinate with Market Access, Medical, Policy, and Global teams to align on sustainable access and reimbursement goals. Required: degree in medicine/pharmaceutical science/economics/statistics and 5–8 years in health economics or related fields, with strong English communication and data analysis

Qualifications

• Academic degree in medicine/pharmaceutical science/economics/statistics and/or proven experience in health economics-/statistics, epidemiology.
• 5 to 8 years relevant business / academic / government experience in healthcare, social security and/or pharmaceuticals.
• Fluency in English in both written and oral forms.

Job Description As our Value Demonstration, Affordability & Strategic Pricing Manager, you will lead evidence generation, affordability initiatives, and strategic pricing efforts to expand patient access and maximize the value of innovative medicines across Türkiye. Lead value demonstration, affordability, and pricing strategies to support market access and reimbursement objectives. Develop and leverage health economic evidence, budget impact analyses, and value communication materials. Support pricing decisions, reimbursement submissions, and stakeholder engagement activities. Partner with Market Access, Medical, Policy, and Global teams to shape sustainable access strategies. Monitor the healthcare policy, HTA, pricing, and reimbursement landscape and provide actionable insights

We are looking for a person with the following experience and background: Academic degree in medicine/pharmaceutical science/economics/statistics and/or proven experience in health economics-/statistics, epidemiology, with a thorough knowledge of Turkish healthcare system and health economics methodology. 5 to 8 years relevant business / academic / government experience in healthcare, social security and/or pharmaceuticals Experience in generating data and organizing and analyzing complex data sets are required: Strong analytical skills and well-structured mindset Good collaboration and communications skills, able to transform technological/ market access or health economic documentation into simple arguments Fluency in English in both written and oral forms.
