Job summary

PeopleCert in Turkey is seeking a UX-focused HTML/CSS Developer with strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills to join our digital team. You will translate designs into accessible, responsive UI components and collaborate with designers, CMS engineers, and product stakeholders to deliver robust front-end solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong command of HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript with attention to detail.
• Experience translating Figma designs into production-ready UI.
• Knowledge of semantic HTML supporting accessibility and SEO.
• Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards.
• Proficient with Sass/LESS and CMS-integrated front-ends.
• Git workflows including branches, PRs and code reviews.
• English communication at a high professional level.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with focus on UX and performance.
• Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive UI components.
• Write semantic markup that supports accessibility, SEO, and CMS structures.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to refine interactions and patterns.
• Create reusable UI components for a scalable front-end system.
• Design animations and micro-interactions that enhance usability without hurting performance.
• Continuously optimize front-end performance and load times.
• Debug front-end issues with strong browser behavior understanding.
• Ensure UX designs are technically feasible and propose improvements.
• Work with CMS engineers to integrate components in Sitecore-based CMS.
• Apply SEO, accessibility, and content-structure best practices.
• Use Git confidently in a team with established workflows.
• Stay updated with modern front-end patterns and tools.
