We are looking for a UI UX Designer for our business partner, which operates in the financial solutions sector and for which we are providing consultancy services.

Qualifications:

1. Graduated from Visual Communication Design, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Computer Engineering or related departments of universities.
2. Experienced in UI/UX design.
3. Has done user interface design for web and mobile applications, knowledgeable about responsive design.
4. Competent in user-centered design principles.
5. Follows UI/UX trends, has a creative and aesthetic perspective.
6. Advanced knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop.
7. Experienced in prototyping, wireframing and creating user flow.
8. Knows design systems and component-based UI approach.
9. Has basic HTML/CSS knowledge to work in harmony with development teams.
10. Has knowledge of motion design, micro-interactions or animation.
11. Has knowledge of Design Thinking or Human-Centered Design methodologies.

Responsibilities:

1. Able to conduct user research, design and analyze user tests.
2. Able to communicate effectively with the product team, software developers and other stakeholders.
3. Open to feedback, prone to teamwork.
4. Strong presentation and documentation skills.
